So what does Kiwifax offer?
Well, we specialise in reducing business costs in the area of postage and mailing to your existing clients. Most businesses today have access to the internet and email, and will primarily email their invoices, purchase orders, etc where possible. However, not all your customers will have email accounts and so you are then required to either fax or mail the documents through to them.
This is where we come in.
By using Kiwifax you can email all your documents because your emails to faxnumber@kiwifax.net will actually be sent to a fax machine.
Is Kiwifax cheaper than posting your Invoices or Debtors Statements?
Mailing documents is slow and expensive, costing upwards of $ 1.50 per envelope including the stamp, envelope and time. Without doubt, it is far cheaper to primarily send your business documents by email. However, not everyone has access to email and the next quickest delivery method is by Internet Fax.
First, you create an email message,
Second, attach your Word, HTML or PDF (etc) file document to the email, and finally, address the email:

- SUBJECT: Enter the fax number here
Easy, and delivery is immediate!
When you order, we will also send you information on how to send 100's or 1,000's of faxes by sending just one email message to our fax server.
What about big businesses?
Our Internet Fax service can also be integrated into any system that can currently send out emails.This can either be your in-house business application or something like Outlook, Express, Goldmine, Eudora, etc.
Common applications are when companies wish to send their business documents by email to both email recipients and fax machines. Achieving this all without expensive fax servers or telephone lines.
